Poly vinyl Chloride (PVC) 100% petrochemical film that won t shrink or discolor; releases quietly. Minimal stretch.

Mil Unit of measure used to describe tape thickness (which equals adhesive plus film), equal to 1/1000. The higher the mil, the stronger the tape.
